Renaissance Email Setup

The quickest, easiest way to use your Renaissance email is to log in to our webmail service. If you prefer to use an email client such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Mac Mail, or Thunderbird, you'll be required to know the following settings:

Incoming Mail Server: pop.reninet.com

Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.reninet.com

Account Name (login): Use your full @reninet.com email address. For instance, bobsmith@reninet.com instead of bobsmith. Note, you'll use @reninet.com here even if you receive mail as bobsmith@arcatanet.com.

For your outgoing mail server, enable authentication. Use the same login info as for your incoming mail server.

Note, if you're trying to send mail using our mail server, and you're using a different company to connect to the internet, you may need to change the port for outgoing mail from 25 to 587.
