Renaissance Email Setup

The quickest, easiest way to use your Renaissance email is to log in to our webmail service. If you prefer to use an email client such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Mac Mail, or Thunderbird, you'll be required to know the following settings:

Incoming Mail Server: pop.everyone.net

Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.everyone.net

Account Name (login): Use your full @reninet.com email address. For instance, bobsmith@reninet.com instead of bobsmith. Note, you'll use @reninet.com here even if you receive mail as bobsmith@arcatanet.com. Use Clear Text Password Authentication (NOT Secure Password Authentication), and enable SSL. Incoming mail port should be 995.

For your outgoing mail server, enable authentication. Use the same login info as for your incoming mail server. Use SSL, and plain text password authentication. Use port 465 for outgoing mail.
